ORDER:

In the reference 1st read above, the Director of Works Accounts, A.P., Mangalagiri has submitted a proposal to notify the seniority list of Joint Director of Works Accounts in the Works Accounts Department.

2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Government notified the provisional seniority list and called for objections /representations from the concerned, if any, within a week of the date of receipt of the communication.

3. In the reference 3rd read above, the Director of Works Accounts, A.P., Mangalagiri has informed that no objections have been received on the provisional seniority list notified by the Government in the reference 2nd read above, in the cadre of Joint Director in Works Accounts Department and also requested to notify and publish the final seniority list of Joint Director in Works Accounts Department

4. The Government, after careful examination of the matter and also following the due procedure, the final seniority list in the category of Joint Director of Works Accounts in Works Accounts Department is prepared and hereby confirmed, subject to outcome of WPs/OAs is pending in the Hon’ble Courts if any.
