Read the following:-

1. G.O.Ms No.71, Finance (HR.I-Plg. & Policy) Department, dated 17-05-2023.

2. G.O Ms.No.75, Finance(HR.I-Plg.& Policy) Department, dt:17-08-2024.

3. G.O Ms.No.76, Finance(HR.I-Plg.& Policy) Department, dt:24-08-2024.

4. G.O Ms.No.84, Finance(HR.I-Plg.& Policy) Department, dt:29-08-2024

ORDER:

In continuation to the above orders, Government hereby order as below.

1. For all departments mentioned in the GOs 2nd and 3rd read above, except Excise Department, relaxation of ban on transfers is extended up to 22nd September, 2024 and ban on transfer shall come into force with effect from 23rd September, 2024.

2. For Excise Department, relaxation of ban on transfers is extended up to 30th September, 2024 and ban on transfers shall come into force with effect from 1st October,2024.
