O R D E R:

In the circumstances reported by the Chairman & Managing Directors, APSPDCL & APEPDCL in the references 2nd & 3rd read above, Government, after careful examination, hereby nominate and appoint (1) Shri Harsh Baweja, Director/Finance of REC Ltd. as Nominee Director on the Board of APSPDCL and

(2) Sri J.K.Nayak, Executive Director, REC Ltd., as Nominee Director on the Board of APEPDCL in place of Shri N.Venkatesan, Executive Director, M/s REC Ltd.

2. The Chairman & Managing Directors, APSPDCL, Tirupati & APEPDCL, Visakhapatnam shall take further necessary action in the matter accordingly.
