ORDER:

In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner for Cooperation & Registrar of Cooperative Societies, A.P., Guntur in the letter read above, after careful examination of the matter, Government hereby exempt the A.P. Markfed for conducting General Body Meeting for the First half year of 2024-25, ended by 30-09- 2024 duly invoking the powers vested with the Government under Section 123 of A.P. Cooperative Societies Act, 1964.

2. The Commissioner for Cooperation & Registrar of Cooperative Societies, A.P., Guntur and the Managing Director, A.P. Markfed, Vijayawada shall take necessary action in the matter accordingly.
