2. From the Collector & District Magistrate, Anakapalli, Letter No. AHF02 SCHOSPS (MGOK) /2/2023 - DAHO-ANKP, Dt. 30.09.2024.


ORDER:-

Whereas, the Government Servants specified below are jointly concerned in a disciplinary case on the allegations of misappropriation of government funds in MGNREGS amounting to 5,89,11,694/- (Five Crores Eighty nine lakhs Eleven thousand Six hundred & Ninety four only) by paying to M/S Sai Balaji enterprise irregularly:-

i. Dr. G. Venkata Swamy, the then Deputy Director (AH) Paderu, DAHO, ASR District ( presently under suspension).

ii. Dr. J. Aswadhama, AD (AH) the then AVH Araku valley (presently under suspension).

iii. Dr. G. Gowtham, VAS, the then DCC Paderu, VAS VD Dumbriguda (presently under suspension).

2. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub Rule (1) and (2) of Rule 24 of the Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1991, the disciplinary authority hereby directs:

i. that the disciplinary action against all the said Government Servants shall be taken in common proceedings.

ii. that Government shall function as the Disciplinary Authority for the purpose of the common proceedings and shall be competent to impose the penalties specified in Rule 9 of APCS (CC&A) Rules, 1991.

iii. that the procedure prescribed in Rule 20 of the APCS (CC&A) Rules, 1991 shall be followed in the said proceedings.
